First off, I will be critiquing you based on this oil-paintish style you have selected to draw, so nothing to style-based or I'll try to keep it to a minimum.
I gave you a 4 for vision because I understand mental images are usually better than the actual outcome. But you have a pretty good sense of where everything goes. I gave you a 4 on originality because I do admit this is pretty original, I've seen more original works. The technique is good, but some things can be improved. For example, the yellow background should be more desaturated or more neutral so the centerpiece can capture people's eyes longer. I gave a 3 on impact because even though it's pretty, it doesn't cause me to think about the deep hidden meaning the artist wants to convey or something.
